We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager (m/f/d) based in Frankfurt, for a new KellyOCG MSP Program. This challenging career opportunity, with a variety of responsibilities, offers the possibility to develop personally and professionally in an international environment.

The candidate we are looking for must be a driven, innovative, results-oriented pesonality and possess a strategic thought process with a demonstrable record of delivering results.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the Recruitment MSP Service Delivery for customer in Germany
  • Actively participate in process implementation and enhancement projects
  • Takes responsibility as a team lead
  • Interact daily with hiring managers, stakeholders and suppliers to resolve program related issues:
  • Appropriately manage the customer and supplier relationship by building a professional rapport, following up consistently, and by maintaining ongoing contact and communication
  • Act as a cooperative and contributing team member of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Program to ensure that a high level of service is always offered to both customers and suppliers

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Strong experience in the staffing industry ideally within an MSP or Vendor Management environment
  • Proficiency in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening
  • Good negotiation and interviewing skills
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Functional PC and Internet skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Internet and e-procurement tools
  • Fluent/Native German and Professional English is essential
